1. No Return Policy on Food Items

Since our products are edible and perishable in nature, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and ensure that all customers receive fresh and safe products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
• You received a wrong product
• The product was damaged during transit
• The item was missing from your order

All refund requests are subject to verification. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost after verification of the issue. Delivery timelines for replacements may vary based on location.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
• Minor variations in taste, color, or texture (as products are handmade)

8. Quality Assurance

We ensure that every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. Our pickles are prepared in small batches using traditional methods, which may lead to natural variations that do not affect quality.
